| How often have you found a tricky soldering job made even more difficult by fumes and smoke? This handy unit is the perfect answer. Designed as a low cost bench-top fumes extraction system it is primarily intended for use adjacent to hand soldering operations, where it will remove much of the smoke and fumes generated by the soldering process away from the operator. Its secret is a filter element comprising charcoal filled reticulated foam that will absorb particles down to about 5╡. The unit is mains powered and supplied with a 3A fused plug, a stand designed to hold the unit at the correct angle for optimum smoke collection and optional stick-on rubber feet. |
